Frequently asked questions
What counts as a query?
Each formula analysis counts as one query. Batch uploads count each formula individually. Cached results from the same formula within 24 hours do not count against your quota.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free tier gives you 100 queries/month to evaluate the platform. No credit card required to start.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange invoicing for Enterprise customers.
Do you offer academic discounts?
Yes, we offer 50% off Pro and Team plans for verified academic institutions. Contact us with your institutional email for verification.
What happens if I exceed my query limit?
You'll receive a notification when approaching your limit. Once reached, you can upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing cycle. We never charge overage fees automatically.
