How do I reset my password?
Matproof uses magic link authentication, so there is no password to reset. Simply enter your email on the login page and we will send you a new sign-in link.
Why is my formula not found in any database?
Not all possible chemical formulas have been computed in the stability databases. Novel or unusual compositions may not have entries. You can still get cost and risk analysis for any valid formula.
How do I get an API key?
Sign in to your account, go to Settings > API Keys, and click "Generate New Key". Your key will be shown once, so save it securely.
Can I increase my rate limits?
Pro and Enterprise plans have higher rate limits. If you need custom limits, contact sales@matproof.com to discuss Enterprise options.
Is my query data private?
Yes. Your queries are associated with your account and are not shared with other users or third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Do you offer academic discounts?
Yes, we offer 50% off Pro plans for verified academic institutions. Email support@matproof.com from your .edu address to request the discount.
